Adds Loji, a.k.a. The Long March, a.k.a. the AI Anime Girl from The Fire Rises to vanilla Hearts of Iron IV as a playable path for the Chinese Soviet Republic, (You will be able to also follow the focus trees of Mao & others, though Loji will lead the country). Choose between Overlord or Servant of the People in Loji’s Focus Chain, and pursue "Project Web" to digitize China and beyond. Includes custom focuses, national spirits, decisions and formables.

More localisation, flavor events and compatibility mods in the future… probably..
