2.This mod has never claimed to be a work of so-called "rationalization".In the domain of alternate history, no absolute standard of "rationality" or "singular correctness" exists to begin with. Its core has always been the imagination and construction undertaken by its creators on the basis of specific historical contexts, the internal logic of its world, and the direction of its narrative. All settings in this mod are built upon the team’s own conceptions and discussions. It does not set out to accommodate every individual’s view of history or value judgments, but rather hopes to present an alternate world possessed of its own complete internal logic and a distinctive character.
3.This mod consistently upholds a fundamental stance of opposition to all forms of fascism, to Japanese militarism, and to wars of aggression, and steadfastly upholds pacifism and anti-war values.The historical figures, regimes, and events depicted within the mod serve solely the narrative needs and historical extrapolations of an alternate world setting, and do not imply any downplaying, glorification, or revisionist whitewashing of real historical war crimes and aggression . Towards the scourge of history and acts of aggression in real history, this team has always maintained a clear position of condemnation and critique.

一纸降书自西南传来，持续数年的战火终于熄灭。铁路不再戒严，江上炮声沉寂，残破的城镇在冬雾中重新显露轮廓。南京城里，人们高呼“中兴”“统一”，仿佛旧时代的硝烟已随风散去。旭日旗覆盖东亚天空，“共荣圈”的新秩序终于彻底降临中国。

二十年间，昔日在河内密谈的人，如今已坐于总统府高窗之后。汪精卫以“和平建国”为名，将中华民国一步步推入宪政时代：国民大会召开，五院运转，选举与立法俱全，中央机关空前膨胀。表面上，除满洲外，中国重新完成统一。

然而，这份统一更像地图上的颜色。南京政坛灯红酒绿，党派倾轧不断，新CC系、改组派、公馆派彼此攻讦；政客口谈主义，心中盘算的却是权位与预算。庞大的政府机器昼夜运转，却渐渐失去了真正的方向。

离开南京后，另一种中国依旧存在。西南山地中，军阀、团练、商会与土司交织成网，中央命令往往止于省城；西北黄沙外，则仍是马家的天下。青天白日旗高悬边地，但税赋、军队与生死，依旧掌握在地方势力手中。所谓“大一统”，终究只是一层薄薄的漆。

战争虽然结束，问题却逐渐浮现：中央与地方、宪法与现实、资本与乡村、和平与屈辱。这些矛盾如暗流般潜伏于新国家根基下。南京仍在举杯庆贺，但越来越多人意识到，这样的平静不会永远持续。

与此同时，远东帝国的旭日已升至天顶。自阿图岛至新加坡，自海参崴至加尔各答，日本以“共荣圈”统御两大洋与十亿人口，取代旧西方殖民体系，跻身超级强国之列。可辉煌背后，军部臃肿、财阀僵化、土地改革停滞，大陆财富也在低效统治与抵抗运动中逐渐消耗。驱动帝国的齿轮，已经开始生锈。

东南亚同样暗流涌动。各国虽在“三九政变”后纷纷独立，但港口里的日本军舰、铁路旁的驻军与被控制的经济命脉，都提醒着人们：旧秩序并未真正结束。泛泰主义日益高涨，究竟会带来臣服还是反抗，无人能够断言。

昭和、康德与民国交错的二十年里，共荣圈早已不只是战争时期的构想。铁路、港口、银行与工厂，将东京、南京、新京、曼谷与南洋重新缝合。然而，繁荣始终未能回答最根本的问题：这个庞大的体系，究竟将走向何方。
