Key Features
Civil War Improvements
- Unplanned offensives completely removed
- Nonsensical national spirit maluses reduced or removed
- Subfactions eliminated — choosing Carlists or Anarchists spawns you directly as that faction with full inheritance
- Carlism national spirit malus removed for Nationalists
- All Spanish states automatically cored when the civil war ends — no more compliance grinding
- "Recovering from Civil War" decisions removed and replaced with a proper focus tree
Focus Tree Overhaul
- Most focuses sped up to 35 days; powerful focuses balanced at 70 days
- 53 new focuses imported and adapted from Spain: Extended
- 17-focus shared industrial recovery sub-tree available to all factions after the civil war
- New focuses: Reconcile the Officer Corps, Recall Naval Officers, National Aerospace Institute, and the Spain Reborn! capstone
- Tangiers Enclave now requires either La Division Azul OR Stamp Out the Maquis
- Stamp Out the Maquis now rewards +10% Stability and +100 Political Power
New Content
- Industrial recovery sub-tree: infrastructure, civilian factories, military factories, dockyards, and synthetic fuel branches
- Special project scientists: Esteban Terradas (Aerospace) and Julio Palacios (Nuclear)
- National Aerospace Institute builds an air facility in Madrid
- Catalonia boosted to reflect its historical industrial importance
