Current features/changes =
Germany =
-Rhineland generates only 2 wt. There is no option to deny rhineland as well
-Air focuses now give air doctrine bonus instead of battlefield support only bonuses. And 1 fighter research bonus
has been added
-Integrate Rom/Hung costs half the time
-Cant do Danzig or war before mid 38
Soviet =
-Added starting national spirit "Quality over quantity". Gives -5% production cost reduction and reliability on inf
equipment, support equip and artillery. This idea can be upgraded.
-4 year plan focus gives 6 civs instead of 4
-Military factory focus gives 6 mils instead of 4
-Collectivist propaganda and positive heroism arent mutually exclusive anymore
-Collectivist propaganda focus has been nerfed to only give the idea. Collectivist idea gives only 10% stabilty
-Militarized schools gives 5% stability instead of conscription factor and reduced its cost to half the time. this idea
can be upgraded to give 5% construction bonus
-Socialist science now only gives 1% recruitable pop
-Added focuses for resource extraction available after finishing "Transformation of nature"
-Added a new military focus branch. Bonuses are: 1 armor bonus (taken from "lessons of war), 1 land doctrine
bonus (100), 2x artillery (100) bonus, 2x CAS or tac bombers bonus (100), 1 mot/mech bonus (100).
-Transpolar flights gives 2x air doctrine bonus (100). PCDI costs half the time now
-Anti capitalist and facist focuses now only last 14 days. Not mutually exclusive for obvious reasons
-Claims in baltic, Baltic security, Claims on bessarabia, Claims on poland. All these focuses last 35 days
-Claim the straits now fires an event for turkey where it will decide if surrender the straits or not. (Focus wargoal)
-Added focus that gives national spirit "Mass production of tanks" bonuses are = Light, Medium, Heavy armor
equipment costs -10% and reduces stability by 20%
-War with UK focus now leads to different wargoals and bonuses.
These are: an idea for reducing all aircraft cost by 15%, but reduces stability by 15%. Marine bonus meme. Wargoal
against india, pak, burma (if free). Create puppets of all ex-colonies (Malaya puppet bugs somehow so not
included). War goal against Siam. War goals against scandinavia. war goal against france
-A new focus branch for mobilization against the capitalist countries (this only exists for balance reasons).
This includes the bonuses and ideas:
-13 more civs, -8% stabilty
-13 more mils
-Anti-air, infra and air bases in the caucasus
-5% construciton speed bonus for militarized schools (previously mentioned)
-5% production bonus and -25 weekly manpower
-Propaganda against capitalism: 10% stability and -5% consumer goods
-Liberators of oppresed: 5% attack and defense. compliance and resistance bonuses. and 2.5% pop recruitable
-Removed tech slot from great purge branch since 5 research slot can be achieved in the industrial branch

-General rearmament requisites has been nerfed due to balance reasons for non hist games:
-Can only be done if wt above 15. Ansschlus completed or ITA did "claims on turkey" or SOV did "Southern
thrust". And if non democratic
-Reduced completion time of commonwealth focuses and empire defense
-Naval rearmament gives 6 dockyards instead of 3
-Malaya has more oil

to the pentagon idea. Also increasing the completion time to 140 days
-Reduced discount on all aircraft production from -10% to -5%
-Two navy act gives 6 dockyards instead of 10

-Expand the SNLF gives 6 dockyards (requires chinese land. basically available after china has capitulated)
-China CANT give land when marco polo focus has been completed. This is basically a wargoal focus
-Tripartite pact completion time is only 35 days
-Non aggresion pact with USSR is 7 days long
-Has a wargoal against SIAM instead of an invite to faction
-"Secure china" focus doesnt exists anymore
-"Develop chinese resources" gives more aluminium
-China has received the proper resources it deserves (Why would all the military powers want trade influence over
china then? )
-Demand indochina now can be activated whenever if "Strike south doctrine" has been completed
-"Exploit southern resources area" now gives more aluminium
-All manchurian development focuses got a reduction in their completion time

-Spy agents now recruits immediately (0 days. Also who cares if you abuse this to get seducer or wathever)
-Buying resources from puppets doesnt increase their autonomy
-Attache opinion requirements have been lowered
-Increased building slots you get from concentrated or dispersed 1939 onwards
-Reduced research time for synth oil experiments
-Truces only last 10 days
-Annexing puppets costs 50pp
-Max refineries per state = 5
-Refineries now cost the same as civs (building cost reduced)
-Screens can be built with 15 dockyards, capitals with 10 and convoys with 30
-Army, air and naval XP are capped at 1000
-Focus saves 15 days
