More Manpower from Non-Core
A simple little mod.
Increases factor to amount of manpower from 0.02 to 0.10. That means if your have 100.0M core manpower and 100.0M non-core manpower and you have Service by Requirement (10% conscription), you will have 11M manpower available. Previously, you would only have 10.2M manpower.
Why did I choose this factor? There two reasons.
1) It’s (kinda) historical. Germany fielded about 15 million men during WW2, 10% of those were foreign conscripts.
2) It’s a good balance. Small nations get more manpower, but large colonial empires aren’t broken.
COMPATIBLE WITH ALL TOTAL OVERHAUL MODS (tested for Kaiserreich, Great War and Millenium Dawn).
