Italy’s "Papal States" remade a little bit including formable S.P.Q.R.
Hungary has new leader, don’t remember which one but you should find him in focus if you search for "Archon"
Czechoslovakia has bunch of new focuses in "Gottwald Faction" (Communist) where you have to play with the USSR in one Faction to gain core on Eastern Germany and Western Poland with a bunch of buffs for you and your allies in Comintern.
Extremely W.I.P. Egypt. Playable but very short focus.
