Support company has more organization

將所有支援連組織度增加120，並新增支援連不互斥功能，可配合增加支援連數量的mod使用
HQ支援連只增加30因為其本身營數不多(主要是我擔心太OP)

Add 120 to max_organisation (because base infantry org is 60)

Change max_organisation from 30 to 60 (because base infantry org is 60)
This mod was created because the original one below hasn’t been updated for a long time. If that mod receives an update, this mod will be switched to private/hidden status.

All support companies gain +120 organization, and a new feature is added to make support companies non‑mutually exclusive. This mod can be used together with mods that increase the number of support company slots.
The HQ support company only gets +30 because it has fewer battalions by default (mainly because I’m worried it would be too overpowered).
