Added Event allowing you to choose between economic integration and political integration when choosing NCR Statehood.
Added check to Second Baja Campaign to be available after the NCR’s Motion of no Confidence has occured.
Added Bypass so All Good doesn’t form Baja Republic when you go for the Second Baja Campaign.
Added Annextion of Baja State if you go for Statehood, if All Good did form the Baja Republic.
