Show Speed In Construction View fix

Fixed the display issue of 3 missing buildings and the problem that the files were not synchronized with the official version. We will look into adjusting the conversion cost display in subsequent updates.
Positioning is only adapted for the 52-size font; other fonts will have slight misalignment.
This mod is derived from other existing mods, and I only performed bug fixes on it.
It displays the construction speed of buildings, with a toggle switch in the upper right corner to turn the display on or off.
※ Not compatible with any other mods that add new buildings
(Even if new buildings are added, it will not affect normal use. Only the speed labels of some buildings will shift according to the specific positions of the newly added buildings, while the buildings in other rows/columns remain unaffected.)
