亚平宁半岛再次统一，意大利站在命运的十字路口：是重拾恺撒桂冠、复兴横跨地中海的罗马帝国，还是在红旗之下建立人民共和国、点燃世界革命？
本模组为意大利提供规模空前的 「罗马命运」国策体系，包含 超过 300 个国策，以阶段解锁与双路线分支，重塑意大利从 1936 年起的整条历史轨迹。
核心玩法
帝国线：宣告罗马帝国复兴、加冕皇帝、重建元老院，向葡萄牙、南斯拉夫、土耳其等故土扩张；可选择加入轴心国，或建立独立的 罗马同盟 成为第三极。
共和线：推翻旧秩序，成立意大利人民共和国，进而可宣告 罗马人民共和国；可选择加入共产国际，或建立 红色国际 走意大利特色社会主义道路。
四大主干（通用阶段） 完成「团结意大利」后，依次推进 政治改革、军事重整、工业振兴、外交攻势 四条主干，为最终命运抉择奠定基础。
罗马专员内阁 解锁内圈 GUI，依次晋升巴尔博、格兰迪、阿切尔博、里奇、博塔伊、罗阿塔、齐亚诺等 七名核心顾问，每人拥有自动推进的专属国策链；全员归心后可解锁汇总国策，强化领袖对法西斯国家机器的掌控。
深度军改系统 陆、海、空、军工四支柱动态修正，配合 30+ 军改决议（条令改革、后勤优化、特种部队、联合作战指挥等），可反复叠加，将意大利打造成不可忽视的军事强国。
外交吞并谈判 针对葡萄牙、南斯拉夫、土耳其设计 365 天谈判机制：外交施压、经济诱惑、军事演习、文化渗透等多种手段推进进度，达标后发出最后通牒——和平并入或自动获得战争目标。

与 帝国雄心 等大型模组联机时，建议关闭天堂之战；对战其他天堂之战类模组时可酌情开启。

The Apennine Peninsula is unified once again, and Italy stands at a crossroads of destiny: should it reclaim the crown of Caesar and revive the Roman Empire spanning the Mediterranean, or build a people’s republic under the red flag and ignite a world revolution?
This mod offers Italy an unprecedented "Fate of Rome" national policy system, featuring over 300 national policies, with phased unlocks and dual-path branches, reshaping Italy’s entire historical trajectory starting from 1936.
Core Gameplay
Dual Fate Paths
Empire Path: Declare the revival of the Roman Empire, crown the emperor, rebuild the Senate, and expand into ancestral lands like Portugal, Yugoslavia, and Turkey; you can choose to join the Axis or create an independent Roman Alliance as a third power.
Republic Path: Overthrow the old order and establish the Italian People’s Republic, and then potentially declare the Roman People’s Republic; you can choose to join the Comintern or establish a Red International to follow an Italian-style socialist path.
Four Major Branches (General Phases) After completing "Unify Italy," progressively advance through the four main branches: Political Reform, Military Reorganization, Industrial Revival, and Diplomatic Offensive, laying the foundation for the ultimate destiny choice.
Roman Commissioner Cabinet Unlock the inner-circle GUI and promote seven key advisors—Balbo, Grandi, Acerbo, Ricci, Bottai, Roatta, Ciano—each with an automatically advancing dedicated national policy chain; once loyalty is complete, unified policies can be unlocked to strengthen the leader’s control over the Fascist state apparatus.
Deep Military Reform System Dynamic adjustments of the army, navy, air force, and military-industrial sectors, coordinated with 30 military reform decrees (law reforms, logistics optimization, special forces, joint operations command, etc.), which can be repeatedly stacked to turn Italy into a formidable military power.
Diplomatic Annexation Negotiations A 365-day negotiation system for Portugal, Yugoslavia, and Turkey: use diplomatic pressure, economic incentives, military exercises, cultural infiltration, and other methods to advance; reaching the goal triggers an ultimatum—peaceful annexation or automatic war objectives.

Starting Difficulty Panel Freely configure mod difficulty:
Extra bonuses for Communist / Industrial / Fascist / Military / Empire paths
Battle for Paradise: unlock campaign strike nodes, Roman land fort projects, and future armor systems
Full Caesar: extreme difficulty (use with caution)
Leave all unchecked = only experience the original national policy values, ideal for multiplayer and balanced matches
When playing with large mods like Kaiserreich, it’s recommended to disable Battle for Paradise; when facing other Battle for Paradise mods, you can enable it as appropriate.
