Just an itty-bitty mod to fill in the ERX gap that LAE not being updated to the latest version of ERX has created, this mod lets you take a decision to convince your Officers to go Reformer instead of relying on chance and potentially having to make them kill themselves through two bullets to the back of the head.

Also adds a little thingy if you’re playing with Wild Wasteland, totally not overpowered, trust
