Description:

All oceans, seas and lakes are removed from the game, there is only ground and air combat. Perfection for all the navy haters.

Features

-Ports replaced by supply hubs.
-New railways that cross the former oceans.
-Dockyards replaced by military factories.
-As expected, navies removed.
-Former ocean regions replaced by plains wasteland states with 1 population (0 causes errors)

To Do

-Polish (localize state names, make provinces less jagged, etc.)
-Add more railways, I put in kind of the bare minimum.
-Some AI tweaking.

MAYBE To Do

-Add more provinces to make the new states less empty.
-Change focus trees to replace naval focuses with ones that aid in crossing the new states (i.e. "Crossing the Atlantic" build rails and supply hubs in the Atlantic, etc)
-Get rid of navy techs/etc. (They aren’t bothering anything so not messing with them atm)

Bugs

-Railways/frontlines on the ~170 meriddian loop around over the map since that’s where the map edge is. As far as I can tell this is purely graphical.
-A US focus "Destroyers for Bases" crashes the game, the mod automatically bypasses it so it shouldn’t be an issue, but I am listing it in case you are using US focus tree mods.
-Not technically a bug, but sometimes the AI gets wonky about assigning generals. This can happen in the base game, but it’s less frequent.
-Another AI quirk, so not technically a bug, the German AI seems more hesitent to attack the USSR, and Japanese AI to attack the US. They both usually do eventually but it’s later than usual.

Notes

-I tried to connect all countries to their colonies but some sacrifices had to be made, particularly in the case of France, but I figured since France joins the Allies early, it’s not too big of a deal since they can use the UK’s
-This project ended up being a much bigger one than I anticipated. I only expected to change the oceans to plains and remove navies/dockyards/ports, but it ended up being much more work. Hope you like.
