🚧 Border & Airspace Control
- Close your land borders or airspace to specific countries
- Cancels military access, collapses bilateral trade, hits relations — and countries shut out by many others suffer a scaling squeeze
- Trade blockades against specific nations
- AI closes borders against hostile nations and reopens when relations recover
- Interacts with the embassy system — shutting out a country hosting a Strategic Mission has consequences
♾️ No More Caps
- Political Power cap removed — keep stockpiling past 2,000
- Army, Navy, and Air XP caps removed
- Command Power cap removed
- Volunteer caps removed

- Subscribe to this submod
- In your playset, place MD Expanded BELOW Millennium Dawn — this is required, or the submod does nothing
⚠️ Notes
- Airspace closing is diplomatic and economic — the HOI4 engine cannot physically block neutral overflight
- Volunteers can only be sent to countries at war (engine rule); sending uses the vanilla Send Volunteers action, now uncapped
- New saves recommended after installing
- Report bugs in the comments with your error.log — actively maintained

Built for the current version of Millennium Dawn. Should be compatible with most MD submods that don’t overwrite the same decision categories, GUI files, or defines.
