OWB: UTCM Addon – Creature Features
Or, in other words, this is a mod that adds a bunch of Creature techs, and decisions for various nations around the wasteland to get those technologies depending on how advanced they are in various technology areas. Mirelurks require naval, Feral Ghouls require you be a Ghoul Nation, etc etc etc. Will it break "intended" progression for nations which have creature techs?
