Removed the massive and absurd amounts of custom game boosts for every nation in the original mod. It was so bad, you could boost a nation like Cuba that provides no game impact and overall just lags the game.
This was developed FURTHER using my own time and knowledge of the game. (NO AI)
Also has 20 Airbase sizes because UK ♥♥♥♥♥ out way too much air for the USA (me) to put actual planes in there. They decide it’s a great idea to put thousands of fighters in the air base – and then not use them.
