Description:

Specially adapted version of Microcontrol Helper + for TFR mod, but it can run almost with every other mod (tested in MD and East Showdown)

My own tweaks:
– Changed ping map icons
– Fixed color of supply nodes & made them bigger
– Removed deprecated interface files, so mod will work with new versions of HoI4
