Well, what does this thing do?

This mod compels almost every country in the world to join Axis, Allies or Comintern, depending on country ideology. In this mod, you definitely will see Germany vs The World in 1936, i promise. At the +-1939 all world will be united under these 3 factions, and endless wars will exhaust these countries, before they unite under one flag. Have fun!
