Description:

Hello, this is one part of a three part mod system that allows Non-aligned nations to function like the other governments. That is, they can boost popularity of the non-aligned party in another nation, you can use a minster to increase popularity, and if 50% or more of the population supports the non-aligned party, there is a chance of political takeover.
