NorwayFocusTree
This mod is a focus tree for Norway with a lots of different option to choose. You start with a harsh penalty to military production to simulate the disarming policies that was in Norway at this time. You must choose your way to arm up, or let it run its course. It’s up to you.
The goal of this mod is to make it more fun to play as Norway and try to do it as historical as possible without limiting options.

-Rebalaced some of the ideas
-Changed many of the description to be more descriptive
-Rearranged the rest of the focus tree. Mainly the industrial part
