Description:

This is a little mod I made to make Russia a bit more pleasant to play if you intend to be Fascist or Democratic.

What it does:
1. When the ruling party is no longer communist the purge will be bypassed.
2. NKVD, Anti-Capitalist Diplomacy, Collectivist Propaganda and New Soviet Man (Kamikaze Order) has been blocked for Democratic Regimes.
3. Anti-Fascist Diplomacy has been blocked for Fascist Regimes.
