What does this do?
This mod adds 4 new provinces and states to Luxembourg.
Industry
Every province has 12 building slots (megalopolis) and there are 11 military and 16 civilian factories.
Army
121k in 15 divisions, 196 German planes, 24 mil population.
Test
(Tested in 1.4)
I’ve tried it in Ironman with normal difficulty and I easily crushed Axis (excluding Japan) in early 1942, without Soviet intervention (Germany didn’t do the Attack USSR focus).
