Better Nukes [1.17]
Yes I updated the mod to the latest version!
Nukes are weak and boring? Then try this mod!
What does it do?
– Every Division on the nuked tile will be annihilated
– Nukes from a plane now take 1 day to prepare instead of 30. Thermonuclear bombs and nuclear missile strikes are also preparing a lot faster. The chance of success is also higher.
– Lowers a country’s national war support on impact a lot more than in vanilla. A thermonuclear bomb even more so!
– The current controller of the province hit by the nuke loses 20.000 manpower (per nuke) and gains a national spirit for 90 (gets less the more the effect stacks on the country) days which grants -10% surrender limit aka, the country will capitulate faster!
(increases by -10% with every consequent nuke up to -60%)
– The country which was struck will also lose stability
– The command power cost to plan nuclear strikes is a lot lower
– The nuclear fallout effect now only lasts 60 days instead of 365. For thermonuclear bombs it’s 120 days.
– Please like the mod! It means a lot to me!
* Should work with everything that does not modify nukes
* No achievements obtainable with this mod

** I made an alternative version of this mod in which the production of nukes takes about 10x longer to make Nuke-fights less annoying (cause your divisions will be dying…a lot… if you don’t have an immediate border with the enemy to start attacking.

*** I made a second alternative version of this mod in which the damage nukes do to divisions ranges from 70-90% instead of my default 100% (insta-kill) *This is the version I use, I suggest you use it too, unless you want really OP nukes ^^
