Description:

Do you think occupation policies and resistances in HOI4 are too simple and sometimes meanless?
This mod will change it!

Occupation policies, resistance effect, infrastructures, supply mechanism, production…All things related to occupation and resistance are modified!

Occupation policies

The most important change is occupation policies will impact Local Supplies.
The Gentlest
The gentlest occupation policy means your troop will become a Liberator who comes here to defeat the local regime and wont take any natives’ goods. You may be welcomed by natives, they will join your army to fight for freedom.
This policy will lead to:
 Local Supplies reduce to 1%.
Local Recruitable Manpower increases to 60%. (And recruitable manpower from non-core state is 40% now)
 Local Resources reduce to 1%.
 Local Factories reduce to 1%.
Occupation Political Power Cost reduce to 0.01.
Growth Rate of Local Resistance reduce to 5%.
Your troop will get 1% attrition when crosses occupation areas.
The Gentle
The Gentle occupation policy means you want your troop to take some local supplies to maintain strength. This will make some natives unhappy.
This policy will lead to:
 Local Supplies increases to 10%.
Local Recruitable Manpower reduce to 50%.
 Local Resources increases to 20%.
 Local Factories increases to 20%.
Occupation Political Power Cost increases to 0.02.
Growth Rate of Local Resistance increases to 25%.
Your troop will get 2% attrition when crosses occupation areas.
The Harsh
The Gentle occupation policy means you will plunder the occupation areas. Some angry natives will stand up to resist your rule surely.
This policy will lead to:
 Local Supplies increases to 50%.
Local Recruitable Manpower reduce to 30%.
 Local Resources increases to 50%.
 Local Factories increases to 50%.
Occupation Political Power Cost increases to 0.04.
Growth Rate of Local Resistance increases to 75%.
Your troop will get 4% attrition when crosses occupation areas.
The Harshest
It is just a complete plunder. You will get all resources except some are hidden.
This policy will lead to:
 Local Supplies increases to 99%.
Local Recruitable Manpower reduce to 20%.
 Local Resources increases to 99%.
 Local Factories increases to 99%.
Occupation Political Power Cost increases to 0.05.
Growth Rate of Local Resistance increases to 100%.
Your troop will get 5% attrition when crosses occupation areas.

Infrastructure

Now infrastructure is a very very important and valuable building.
An infrastructure can increase 1 military factory and 1 civilian factory for a state.
It also will affect the speed of strategic redeployment: The base speed is 0. But 1 level infrastructure will add 2kph and max level for 20kph.It is different from vanilla.
Civilian factories (The building, not the amounts added by infrastructure) will also affect supply area as infrastructure.1 civilian factory means 1 infrastructure when calc supply. But it wont affect the speed of strategic redeployment as infrastructure.
The output of military factory and civilian factory is cut to 2.5(half) for the increase of total IC.

Resistance Effect

It is very terrible when resistance growth up rapidly in this mod.
When resistance reach 100%, it lead to:
Local Supplies will reduce by 110%. Yes it is 110%. It will not only reset local supplies to 0 but also damage your incoming supplies.
Enemies will get information of your local troops completely.
The chance of Sabotage will become 100%.Whats more, they are given priority to sabotage infrastructures now.
 Local Resources reduce to 50%.
 Local Factories reduce to 50%.
Your troop will get 30% attrition when cross occupation areas.

And many little minor modifications.

Hope you like it.

P.S. HOI4 has a bug: If you start to play a country has some occupation areas (e.g. Japan) in 1939, the occupation policies may not take effect in occupied state. The solution is: Just save your game, then load it.
