Blank Map
This mod is a tool that completely removes all states, strategic regions, and supply regions. This is a blank slate to be paired with your own custom states and nations. You can simply make your own state and everything should run fine. The purpose of this mod is to completely wipe all states and regions from the map, allowing any user to easily paint states in on top of this mod without worrying about conflicting states or starting at state 500+ for some update to add more states and break their current overhaul mod.
I’m not currently active in the HOI4 community, so please comment if this mod ever breaks. This only happens when Paradox adds new states/regions and takes 5 minutes to patch.
If you want to clear your states/regions in your own mod without having to use this BEFORE ADDING NEW STATES, simply copy all state files from HOI into your mod folder, place this batch file ( https://pastebin.com/E97BuCjS ) in your mod folder, then run it! Do the same for strategic regions or supply areas and the same effect as this mod is achieved.
