Colonization 2.1 (OUTDATED 1.5.1)
This is a re-upload of a re-upload of a good mod, I don’t exactly have time to make a good description but I can tell you how to colonize.

1: Look for the new Category of laws at the bottom, It should have a button that let’s you choose which Continent to colonize.
2: wait for an event asking if you would like to colonize (INSERT LAND HERE)
3: Enjoy your colony!
Note: This will not work with mods that change South America or Africa a lot, larger mods are also unlikely to work with this too. I have had suggestions to make the colonies expand rather than have nations instantly double in size, this might include editing states, so compatibility might get worse as this mod improves.
Note 2: Someone has made a version of the updated to 1.5.4, it also added some lands too, I have tested it, and it works about as good as this version, except updated. Updates will likely continue in this new version, it is located here:
