New Soviet Focus Tree
This is a rearranged Soviet Focus tree, I am attempting to make it more sensible and also give more focuses to do so that you don’t run out of focuses before ww2 even starts. I have also tried to make some of the ideas that buff military power come in a little later, so that Focuses makes you gradually stronger militarily rather than giving you all the good stuff in the beginning. It also adds several new focuses like VDV, Night Witches, Naval Focuses and a choice between National or International Communism.
The International Communism tree is not finished yet, but will focus on sending volenteers to civil wars and taking down evil capitalist countries by helping the workers rise up against them creating civil wars in the India, UK and USA.
Socialism in one country has a few focuses in it now, it will give bonuses to national resources and development, currently giving some land doctrine research and synth research. It will also be the historical option.

Version 0.2 is released. Adding a lot of new focuses, fixing a lot of Localisation bugs, and changing the function of new Soviet man to be paramilitarism which lowers training time, instead of kamikaze strikes which made no sense.
