Well This mod adds just that:

-> fully compatible with the ‘Blitzkrieg’ start date

-> Custom Events

-> New National Focus

-> Fascist & Communist tree

-> Break Free from the British

-> Stay and Supply The Empire

Compatible With Most Mods I know of.
