* Updated Map with accurate states with population updated according to 2011 official census data.

* Added India to starting bookmark.
* Three starting research slots for India instead of two.
* Added national spirit "Food Insecurity" (-20% Factory Output) which can be removed only though the socio-economic focus tree.
* Pakistan is now guaranteed by China.
* Additional gameplay and balance updates.
