Dont you hate that every minor country has the same person as theire leader who is also the countries top general?
this mods aims to fix that by giving all the countries color photos of theire leaders belonging to all ideology’s
not only that i also intend on giving every minor country unique generals and even ace pilots so far ive only done europe but expect the rest of the world to be done soon
