[OBSOLETE] No more random takeovers
Kowalski’s here again with another job done for Paradox. Finally Chinese warlords will no longer be able to snatch up China because they’re at war and are losing states! Yes, this also applies to you when you’re playing as a warlord.
Changes are as follows:
-Peace and independence check for decision to take over national leadership (This was the decision that had the warlord ANNEX China, which resets all occupationby hostile armies.)
-Peace check for "Join the Republican government" focus.

This mod is now obsolete, assuming 1.5.4 works as advertised.
