Custom Difficulty For All
This mod adds "Strenghten X" options of all the countries in game, including the ones that don’t exist in the game at the beginning.
Includes translation for German, Japanese, Russian and Spanish as well. Dummy localisation files for other languages exist as well, so they show English text instead of codenames.
