Description:

This mod changes the shape of some states that were historically annexed by Germany during WW2 (western polish states) so it looks more like on the map, and much more.

Unfortunately, this mod is most likely not compatible with any mod that changes states (e.g. "Increased Resources", "Beautiful States", "Better Post-War Europe") and of course not with total conversion mods like "Kaiserreich"
