Description:

Right now this mod is simply a a small submod for Millennium Dawn, I may or may not create events or a focus tree or add potential new leaders such as El Diablo leading the nationalist party.

-The mod replaces all in Saint Vincent as Tropican Based parties
-The leader for most is El Presidente
-Need to find a method to change SVK to TRO

No Longer in development, the files I was working on are lost and I would need to start from scratch again.
