Alpha 0.4 for HoI4 1.5.4 (June 29th 2018)

!!! MOST LIKLEY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MAN THE GUNS EXPANSION OR PATCH 1.6 !!!

A temporary bugfix (Hopefully only untill MtG releases) for lessening the naval air warfare bug (air wings getting obliterated in naval air warfare) and making CV combat worth it. Please leave feedback if you try it out.

It changes around several parameters to try and curb the mass death of both CV and Land based aircraft making CV meaningful again. Stats on naval aircraft should matter more and there should be less of bombers killing fighters at a 1:1 ratio.
Slightly nerfs surface combatants by decreasing max hit chance, decreasing minmum hit chance and increased evation cap sligtly to try and make screens fill a bigger role.

Especially I want to know if:

The damage dealt to fleets feels resonable or if its to high/low.
The ammount of aircraft lost during naval combat is resonable.
If it feels like higher level aircraft are worth it.
If it feels like it takes longer to kill off an enemy fleet with only air power(and to resonable losses), AI will probably still suicide there fleets into the channel.

And most of all, if it makes CV warfare more fun!

This is still in Alpha. I have done some 80 test runs changing 15 different defines to get where I am currently. But all of these are with very limited sample sizes. Should not be worse than vanilla though. 😉
