War Ensign of Imperial Germany
Ok so it’s an another simple HoI4 mod.
This mod will change the standard political imperial German flag to the war ensign when you win the civil war and complete the focus "Revive the Kaiserreich", or, when you change your ruling party to neutrality manually.
