Make Uruguay Great Again (DEPRECATED)

Thanks to all the people who support us in this project, this mod is now deprecated because of a lots of errors, but… DONT WORRY! We are creating a new and reworked MAKE URUGUAY GREAT AGAIN with:

-New provinces!
-New states!
-An amazing National Focus, desicions, events and ideas!
-New leaders, flags and graphics!
-A lot of awesome stuff!

Also, we are cooperating with other people in an ambitious project to create a mod for all Latin America.

In Hearts of Iron IV, Uruguay is not an important country… well, in general, all the countries of America are not important in this game (not USA) and there are a lot of states that dont appear in the game, also, a lot of countries doesnt have national focus. In this mod, I Make Uruguay Great Again.

– Now Uruguay has 12 states (Montevideo, Maldonado, Colonia, Artigas, Salto, Paysandú, Durazno, Lavalleja, Rocha, Cerro Largo, Rivera and Tacuarembó) like in the real life. -not really, uruguay has 19 states but meh, these are the most important-
– The manpower was balanced
– The resources were balanced
– (COMING VERY SOON) Uruguay will have a national focus, new leaders, flags and more!
– Montevideo is now a big city in the map!

• This mod is NOT ironman compatible
• This mod IS multiplayer compatible
• This mod is NOT compatible with Millennium Dawn or another mods that changes states. (I WILL MAKE A MOD MILLENNIUM DAWN COMPATIBLE)
• This mod IS compatible with The Road to 56

This is my first mod that changes important things in the game so if you find an error or bug, please tell me.
