Unlimited Ideologies 2
Removes the limits placed on each ideology and allows all ideologies to be boosted by any country.
Any country can pick any mobilization, manpower, or trade laws they want.
Demobilization decisions have been removed.
Any country can puppet in peace conferences.
Neutral and Democratic countries can declare war whenever and on whoever they want.
Important:
The boost ideology button can sometimes become grayed out if an ideology different than your own is selected to boost. This is a bug on paradox’s end and there is nothing I can do about it. The button can be made selectable again if you stop boosting any country or by reloading the save.
Every country will max out their manpower and economy laws as soon as possible so expect a lot more divisions than usual. If you have a lower end PC I’d recommend a division limit mod.
Not compatible with any mods that change ideologies or economic, manpower, and trade laws. If I figure out how to make submods then I’ll make this for a few popular total overhauls. Though this mod is not very complex, and you could easily edit the files of any overhaul mod to work like this one. Please don’t ask me how, if you compare the files in this mod to their vanilla counterparts then you should be able to figure out how to edit the files of other mods for similar results.
