Better Monarchy
This mod removes a lot of debuff’s and things that affect neutral nations. You now will be able to do anything that other nations do. Send volunteers join factions declare war etc. To get started simply play as a neutral nation and activate the new decision’s for 150 PP each and then your good to go. This should be compatible with almost everything.
Edit: As of the latest update a new decision was added that will change the economy to war economy. It also costs 150 PP.
