Vocaloid Leader Portraits
Did you wish to have your favourite Vocaloids as leaders in HoI4?
Well fear no more! I have created the perfect mod just for you. This mod replaces leader portraits (only leader portraits) with Vocaloids.
It currently has 39 new portraits for 43 different countries and more will be added. Some portraits are re-used for countries with little significance (like Yunnan).
