A personal modification that I decided to give a chance on the workshop
this adds a small equipment capture ratio to the logistics skill of both field marshals and commanders.
I was a little annoyed that thousands of russian tanks would just be left behind if I didn’t have a maintenance brigade in each of my divisions when in reality the germans could hav basically outfitted an entire army with the number of light tanks they just scooped off the battlefield during Barbarossa.
