Have you ever wanted that your puppet formed a formable nation?
Or that you as a puppet can form a formable nation?
Probably not, but now you can!

For some reason a nation has to be independent to use the decision, this mod gets rid of this requirement.

This mod is not achievement compatible, but compatible with most other mods that don’t change the formable decisions folder.
It is not compatible with ‘Formable Nations’ or ‘Decisions & Forambles +’.
I am going to make an updated version for those mods, somewhere in the future, maybe.

Please do NOT try this mod on puppies!
