Play as any of the 67 counties of Pennsylvania, and re-grow the mighty commonwealth!
Based on my original idea of "Pennsylvanian Empires", Tribal Empires expands the Commonwealth’s detail, and adds 8 surrounding states that will have playable counties in future updates.

This mod is based around the year 2025, post Covid-19 pandemic. After years of strife and turmoil, the commonwealth’s counties have decided to split apart and form their own states, in the hopes of re-unifying the state in their own image.
