Realistic Casualities and Manpower
I recommend using my population growth mod with this, as you will be filling divisions for your entire game to get them to max strength, that said when using my pop growth mod use it until you get around 15 million manpower man power increases by 5% each month for every country, if you keep it constantly running your game will severly lag so I recommend around 4 months with the pop growth mod then exit and disable it :).
