Description:

The manpower assigned to the units does not accurately reflect the manpower those historical units had. Nor does the manpower (for ground units) account for the "division slice" (combat support, service units and the communication zone forces). This results in divisions, even when historically designed, having too few manpower assigned to them.

The mod has changed from its previous version, in that the only changes are to the manpower values of the units and to some of the conscription values. The more extensive changes you will find in "Authentic Units".

SUMMARY

Ground Unit and Aircraft manpower has been changed to more accurately reflect what the unit represents. Revised unit manpower has been doubled to account for the "division slice".

Recruitable percentage for some of the mobilization laws have changed.

Credits

I’d like to give credit to the Realistic Casualties and Manpower Mod created by Groussherzog Henri vu Patè. It addresses the same issue we both have with HoI4. Where we differ is in the details regarding the numbers.

While the doubled manpower number will make the Manpower usage more accurate, it still is problematic if that Division is lost in combat. Also, Division Support units and Interior Zone Forces have not been accounted for. Hoping future updates will allow for a correction of these issues.
