Warning: Currently tested for 1.9.0, should worked for other 1.9.* versions

Suggestions for Formable Nations Rework (SFNR): The Mod is a modification in an attempt to rework the formable nations that has already existed in Hearts of Iron 4, and to add a new formable nation to replace Al-Andalus as a formable nation in the North African region.

Phase 1 Highlight:
– Tamazgha: a brand new formable replacing Al-Andalus which can be formed by six North African countries from Mauritania to Libya
– Arabia: a simpler way to form Arabia, by first uniting three Sultanates in the Arabian Peninsula, and then claims all Arab states in Asia which can be conquered and cored by decisions just like Byzantium’s "Triumph in X" decisions
– Majapahit: adding Portuguese Timor as an after-form core, and a new color to better represent the might of the Thalassocracy
– Nordic Union: adding Karelia, Ingria, and Newfoundland as after-form cores

Phase 2
– General: Four more reworked formables, such as Ottoman Empire, Rattanakosin Kingdom, a special formable as Mutapa’s replacement, and a special Greek Formable as Byzantium’s replacement
– Arabia: claim-and-core decision mechanics for Arab states in Africa, and one decision to (permanently) move the capital
– Ottoman Empire: With the right circumstances, restore the Caliphate, claim the Balkans (including two cores in two unique states), and move the capital after securing the frontiers!
– Rattanakosin: one decision to ask Japan’s assistance to handover their rightful territories in Indochina
– South Africa: as the British has asked Portugal for Azores, South Africa can ask Portugal for Mozambique for the upcoming invasion of Madagascar
– Greece: Avenge the Catastrophe, and possibly more!
– Setup Options: adding the eight afromentioned formables in the setup option, including seven special options similar to the "United Polynesia" option in the base game

Phase 3 (work in progress):

– General: adding one decision for democratic and non-aligned countries which decreases World Tension requirements and removes Ideological block for war mechanics, but with equal amount of political power cost for changing ideology to fascism and communism (not yet determined)
– Four more reworked formables, such as Italian Empire, Holy Roman Empire, Benelux, and The Commonwealth
– Italian Empire: Create your own footprint on history as Mussolini: aid Spain, proclaim the Italian East Africa, gather up your allies and divide Yugoslavia and Greece, and Complete the Risorgimento!
– Benelux: Assimilate the Boers and Afrikaners, claim your rightful Brazillian territories, take back Nieuw Nieuw Holland, and proclaim Nieuw Amsterdam as your rightful territory!
– Holy Roman Empire: Experience the Habsburgian politics as the question remains whether to devolve your empire for the sake of stability or integrate the numerous ethnicities in the empire into one single state.
– The Commonwealth: Realize the Marshal’s Dream, gather up your allies from the shores of Three Seas, and Dismantle Russia!
