Description:

Adds an independent Confederate States.

Includes custom flags and leaders, as well as balkanized American air zones. Also adds West Virginia and a new Arizona/New Mexico border.

Uses Australia’s unit models for the Confederacy.

Also adjusts the number of stars on the American flag.
