Neutral Countries Removed for Better Performance
This mod removes a load of countries that don’t really contribute anything in the vanilla game, mainly in South America. This boosts the performance of the game as the removed countries cannot build factories, deploy units, do national focuses, research equipment etc. However, bear in mind that this removes the resources that these countries possess, more notably the chromium in Cuba and the oil in Venezuela.
Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama and Tibet.
Mexico – Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, British Mexico (Belize), Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
France – Liberia
