Texclave Civilized
This is a submod for Old World Blues, it sets out to try and make the April Fools Game Setting "Texclave" feel a little more enjoyable to play.
This mod does mainly two things:
1. Changes the Texan Enclave to Civilized, rather than Raiders
2. Creates custom leaders for every Ideology
This may or may not be appropriate for lore playthroughs, but I decided to go with leaders that made some sense. Since Texas doesn’t have a lot of Canon Lore, I went for the AI version of an old leader of Texas from the 20th/21st century, aka George Bush. I’m not a George Bush fanatic, but it works out. He has Military Experience, and is a loyal supporter (was even a Manager Partner of the Texas Rangers Baseball team, who knew?)
George Bush leads the Texas Enclave with the People (Democratic) government.
Michelle Bushey leads the Texas Enclave with the Intellectuals government, and may or may not have loyalties to the Brotherhood.
Your bud Sam Houston V leads the Texas Enclave with the Elites Government, a common ideology that seems to make sense for Enclaves.
PRIME is the leader of the Texas Enclave as a custom Artificial Intelligence created by the most loyal Enclave Scientists. Consider him like President Eden.
Few Things to Note:
The picture for PRIME is to be considered a placeholder.
The Texclave still starts the game with Sam Houston (Elites)
The Trait for PRIME is to also be considered a placeholder until I find a better one for PRIME.
Michelle Bushey was a famous Texan Scientist, I just wanted to make something fitting.

I am taking a Poll for whether or not Bush should stay the first President of the Peoples Government of Texan Enclave
I’m not curious to any conspiracy theories, just personal, real opinions. Currently we have an AI George Bush, but I am also fine with making an AI William Perry Clements Jr.. I’m looking for Military-serving Governors, and that’s really my only criteria. I’m a Virginian, trying to use Texan Lore for a Fallout Mod on a Paradox Game, haha, little bit at a loss here. If you have reasons why a Bush AI or Bill AI make more sense, I’d love to hear them.
For the record, Peoples government in this Texan Enclave, is completely and wholeheartedly, a full Democratic Government. Not a Democratic/Republican Party.
Meaning every Citizen has the authority to choose their governing legislators.

Not a patch or hotfix, an actual update! New Models, new opinion modifiers, new portraits!
New Commander Bruce Palmer VI (Based on Texan General Bruce Palmer Jr.)
Opinion modifiers for all appropriate countries towards and from Texan Enclave (Should be potentially lore appropriate)
New Models and Portraits! Spawning new commanders should yield Enclave personnel, and your units should now actually look like Enclave (vehicles and infantry)
The Models and Portraits have been borrowed from the Enclave Reborn Mod and given permission by Faeelin from the OWB Discord – At any time, I will respect the request to have these removed.
NAME LISTS! So, these are more or less USA Name lists, but they actually felt appropriate, given the Enclave is just a fallback government for USA. I will take any and all suggestions for the Namelist at any time, but they will only be in each new big update.
