Venice can take its Stato del Mar decisions even if the new Republic is formed.
Costa Rica can get a research slot on both Social Conservative Trees and fix their planes
Alash Autonomy is more likely to stay loyal to Russia.
Mittelafrika collapse- Gabon is now an option.
Indochinese Union can elect all parties regardless of popularity.
Dahomey can hire the Amazons.
USA can get Halsey and Nimitz back if the PSA revolts.
