Added buildings:

Steel Factory (15 steal)
Rubber Factory (15 rubber)
Aluminium Factory (15 aluminium)
Tungsten Factory (15 tungsten)
Chromium Factory (15 chromium)
Oil Refinery (15 oil)
Research Facility (5% research bonus)

All this buildings use construction slots

Fuel Silo, Rocket Site and Nuclear Reactor dont use now construction slots.
